Yes, #Shelftember is still on ... but good grief!
I made a stop after work on Tuesday ... called Hubby to see if he stopped as well as I knew he wanted milk and q-tips ... he stopped earlier and that was all he got.
What willpower.
Yeah, whatever!
I stopped at Publix ... and that's how my week played out!
Publix - September 19, 2017
Total Spent - $58.09
Ah. Already, OVER my so-called weekly budget.
So, I really did NOT have a list with me but kind of, sort of knew what i needed. Never a good idea, right? I also had a handy dandy $5 off $45 coupon burning a hole in my pocket. Ahem, I actually have THREE, but now, only 2. While standing in line, I read that fine print and noticed it starts 9/20 ... but the lady in front of me used hers so I'm like hot damn, I'm using mine! Well, one of mine!
*Note, the stores are NOT back to normal after Hurricane Irma ... organic was bought because that's all that was available! Well, not the ground beef, that was a great sales price, but the chicken and veggies, that's all they had!

2 organic seedless cucumbers $2.50 each
1 red bell pepper $1.56
1 green pepper to go along $1.16

1 bottle of almond milk coffee creamer $4.45 less $.55 coupon
2 large organic white sweet potatoes $7.34 (EEK!)
2 loaves of country style bread (b1g1f) $4.29 for both
2 bags of coleslaw mix $1.89 each
18 eggs $2.09
Aldi - September 21, 2017
Total Spent - $10.xx
Went to get some ground beef and they were out of that AND chicken thighs. Produce selection was iffy as well ...
3 pkgs of mushrooms $.79 each
2 living lettuces $1.69 each
pineapple $2.29
gosh something else and I can't think! My receipt is most likely at the office on my desk for whatever reason :(
Walmart - September 21, 2017
Had to make a quick stop at Walmart for my dad ... here's what I picked up for myself as well:

4 yogurts $1 each
pkg of boneless skinless chicken thighs $12.15
I keep forgetting I have $37.24 in Savings Catcher and a $25 gift card on my phone.

Apparently Trader Joe's is my seventy dollar store.
2 4 pks of Rose Simpler Wines $4.99 each. I was so excited to see these back!
2 boxes of ready made Butternut Squash Soup $2.99 each (yummm)
bottle of cocktail sauce $1.79
2 avocados $1.49 each ... apparently I forgot my speech about avocado prices
organic spaghetti squash $2.99 - this was cheaper than a regular dirty squash
2 heads of iceberg lettuce $1.29 each
chives $1.69
rosemary $1.69
thyme $1.69 ... just missing the parsley sage
bottle of margarita mix $2.49
6 Chomps grass fed beef sticks $10.14 - need to get back on track with crap snacks!

Quite a bit of ready made, frozen stuff BUT I'm looking to make more meals at home and skip the chinese takeout (been awhile since we've done that really) and our favorite italian joint for the linguini & clam sauce that Hubby loves ...
OH! And to make things even MORE exciting ... I've got 3 Kcups left for coffee which means I need to grind up some beans and use those annoying little filter cup thingys ...
